Our Fabric
SÜK DENIM: Quality, deep blue, satisfying indigo denim made the old fashioned way. It’s durable with a touch of softness to house muscle and curve.
Made from 100% cotton, there's no elastic or plastic in sight, making it tough and durable. This fabric will mould and shape to your body through wear.
Our Denim is 100% natural cotton, with constant wear, tear and laundering, the cotton can weaken over time. If you are kneeling on abrasive surfaces regularly, we suggest investing in some knee pads to lengthen the life of the fabric and avoid rips and holes.
Sizing Tips
Our Denim offers the most reliable, true-to-size fit. It has a natural give that conforms to your body over time while maintaining its shape. If you are buying Denim, order your standard size.
We’ve designed this guide to make choosing your size as simple and accurate as possible, based on both our measurements and real customer fittings.
Our sizing follows Australian numerical sizing. As there’s no universal standard across brands, your size may vary elsewhere. This guide is the best way to find your fit in SÜK.
Find Your Size
1. Measure your body
Bust – measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure firm and straight, wrap it under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Waist – measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso that sits above your hips, where you would like the waistline of your new gear to sit.
Hips - measure the fullest part of your hips and bum.
2. Use your largest measurement
Match your measurements to the chart below using your largest measurement (this is usually your hips).
This ensures the garment fits comfortably across your body.
3. Consider how you like your fit & adjust for your body
Prefer a firm fit? You can size down
Prefer a relaxed fit? Size Up
Between sizes? Most customers choose the larger size for comfort and the ability to cinch the waist using the adjusters
Important: Where you wear your waistband
All our styles are designed to sit high on the waist (except our Mid-Rise Cargo Pants).
Wear them high-waisted → stay true to size or size down
Wear them mid or low rise → consider sizing up or measure where you would like them to sit and compare this measurement to the waist measurement in the chart
All our garments have waist adjusters, allowing the waist to be brought in by up to 10cm.
Real Fit Insights
From our in-store fittings and customer feedback:
Looking for a firm fit? You can size down in our Cotton Drill. This is because the fabric will relax with wear
In-between sizes? Most customers size up when between sizes for comfort, and the waist can be cinched in for a great fit.
Your height and torso length matter: taller customers may prefer more room through the rise and size up

Body Length for Suits (Short vs Long)
Some suits are available in short body and long body options. This refers to your torso length, not your height or inseam length.
If you usually get a wedgie in a jumpsuit, get the LONG BODY
Never had this issue before, get the SHORT BODY
Generally, if you are taller than 180cm, we recommend the Brumby or Roper suits with adjustable straps for extra torso length, and double-check the inseam length will work for you.
The SÜK team says: “Our staff like to size down from their pants sizing for a snug fit in our Brumby, Lagoon and Yard suits. Our Roper and Ringer suits are already fitted and true to size”
Garment Measurements
We provide individual garment measurements on every single one of our items! If you're someone who loves that extra detail, please have a read on the specific garment page. We also try to display the size each model is wearing and their measurements to help you.
These measurements are taken from the flattened physical garment, and then doubled to achieve an accurate measurement. Each chart is specific to each individual style. There is a variation of 1-2cm per garment, as our styles are prewashed and pre-shrunk before we send them to you.
You can use the garment measurements and measure an existing comfy item of clothing and compare it to our chart.
Fabric Notes
Drill: Durable and classic. We recommend an initial firm fit, as our cotton relaxes with wear. It’s similar to true denim, where the fibres soften the more you wear it. Washing will help bring it back to its original firmness.
Denim: Our denim offers the most reliable, true-to-size fit. It has a natural give that conforms to your body over time while maintaining its shape. If you are buying Denim, order your standard size.
Canvas: Built for heavy-duty protection, our Canvas is a thick, highly rigid material with zero stretch. It requires a break-in period. Fit Tip: If you need more room for bending and moving, or if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Ripstop: Lightweight but incredibly tough, Ripstop is a zero-stretch fabric. Because it does not yield around the hips or waist, we strongly recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a looser, more comfortable fit for active work.
Measuring Tips
Measure in your underwear where possible Keep the tape firm but not tight Ensure the tape sits flat
Style Note
All our pants are designed to be worn higher on your waist, no plumbers’ crack here. Wearing them lower on your hips may change how the size feels. Remember, the waist is adjustable on all our garments.

I have been wearing the Ringer suits for years but decided I’d give the Brumby suit a try as I’m five months postpartum after my eighth baby and I need a little extra room around my waist. I absolutely love the fit of my Brumby suit - it’s so comfortable I wore it for three days in a row when it arrived because I didn’t want to take it off. (Bonus - super easy to breastfeed in.) I checked the measurements online before I ordered and the 12 fit perfectly (my ringer suits are also size 12s but I can’t get the waistband button done up currently, so this suit is definitely a looser cut.) I wear my SUK gear on our small farm, mostly working in our extensive veggie gardens and orchard, but also a bit of cattle wrangling. The Brumby suit looks less like workwear than my other suits, and I can see myself wearing this off the farm as well.
It's baggy and beautiful and I can stick my hand halfway up to my forearm in these pockets!!! I'm a dog walker so these give me so much room to bend and move which is exactly what I wanted. I love the poofy pant legs. Only downside is bugs WILL get in, but I knew that buying them 😂 10/10 want another pair already.
The PERFECT overalls! I have been searching for overalls that suit my curvy body and most have a low rise and leave a huge gap between my hips and my back, not these! They hit at my natural waist and can me cinched in or even let out which is great as my weight fluctuates. I am over the moon for these and plan to wear them every day! Shipped fast even to California!
Took my measurements and ordered using the measurement guide = perfect fit!
I love the colour, the pockets, the fit! This is a perfect garment! And it can even look like a completely different set of overalls if I play with the waist and hip adjusters.
Thank you, Sük!
I am 5ft 4in, about 145 lbs with weightlifter curves. The overalls fit great, are loose on my hips, and flattering in the waist. Great to wear with a t shirt or a sweater underneath. I would love to get a second pair for the garden! They are my new favorite thing to wear! I got a size 10.
I work in Grounds Maintenance and these overalls are super comfortable. They move with me, plenty of pockets and really cute to top it all off. The denim is not stiff but also doesn't feel cheaply made. Good Quality!
Thank you Suk for making durable fashion forward workwear! I get so many compliments & love wearing everything from my Suk collection I have acquired since breaking the seal! I can’t wait to get more in every style & color!
The best overalls I've ever purchased. The surprise 2nd row of buttons on the sides means these overalls can fit multiple sizes. Perfect for my ever-changing 43 year old body.
I'm someone who is insecure about my weight gain over the years, and nearly cried when my old pair of favorite work overalls didn't fit anymore. So when I decided to give the brumby suit a try, getting the right fit was super important to me. I used their sizing chart with taking my own measurements to choose the size, and when I tell you it fits ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY?! I love how there's two sets of buttons so you can adjust the fit along your thighs and tummy, but the waist pull in the back is also so good. These overalls give you the full range of movement & are fully practical while looking great at the same time. I can't wait to put these to use!
I needed something for my job heavy enough to repel wind/sun/light rain, dark so dirt won’t show, tough so no snagging, comfortable when lifting & carrying, with plenty of BIG pockets. The Brumby suit does all that plus it’s cute, a great bonus since I’ve been resigned to ill-fitting workwear designed for men. Photos show the roomy front pocket for knife & keys (these are generous pockets I can actually put my hand in without a struggle), how the knee reinforcements land just right, and also the fit on my shortwaisted self: I let the hem out all the way because I hate too-short pants on my long legs. That fringe with my Hathorne boots looks like the stagged jeans worn by loggers here in the PNW (US) so it works.
My only complaint thus far is it’s very hard to fasten the snap on bib or leg pocket when my phone’s inside, there’s not quite enough room. I thought the bib pocket was snapped but when I leaned over my phone dived into a bucket of dirty mop water!! So I’ll be using my belt holster now, thankfully my belt fits the loops! I know phones come in all sizes so don’t expect perfection, just warning those who have an iPhone10 or equivalent, lol!
Also I’m really impressed with the fast shipping, I sent an order to AU, thinking there’d be a long lag time but they shipped from a US warehouse on the opposite coast and I had my item in a few days!
I absolutely love the Brumby Suit, I actually bought it in the hickory stripe and ended up buying the denim finish straight after trying it on. These overalls have buttons on the hips and a strap on the back that really allows for a tonne of adjustability (which is especially helpful for trans bodies) that hugs the waist perfectly. I also love how many pockets and loops this has as well!
I love it! Super comfy and cute. Love how there’s buttons and cinches to adjust everything and love love love the pockets on the back of the thigh, everything lived in those, they are easy to reach and now I don’t sit on things by accident. No mor broken pens/pencils etc.
SÜK has solved nearly 100% of my fit issues with overalls with this incredible suit. The pockets!! The waist adjustment!! And it looks so classy while still allowing me to do all the things my incredibly physical job in construction requires…plus I feel UNSTOPPABLE. I did need to size down for the right fit-and if I have a gripe it’s that there’s no inseam length options…it hits me in all the right place but I took out the seam on the leg cuffs so I wasn’t wearing high-waters. Bravo, SÜK …just WOW ♥️♥️♥️
I Love my denim overalls.
The fit is perfect for my build.
I’m 5ft 1 inch. I wear these every day for my job as a framer. Lots of room for movement and they look modern.
I’ve had so many complaints.
Thank you SUK for designing these.
❤️ Vivienne from WA
I sized up to a size 12 to get a looser fit at the bun and thighs. I added an extra button at the waist to make it a bit smaller and a better fit. Love all the pockets. Generally very good quality
Love these overalls. Very comfy and great denim. They are super adjustable which is great as I could probably have gone for a smaller size - but also didn’t want to give up the roominess. Because I’m short this does make the straps quite thick but I think I’ll get them shortened which will fix the issue.
I think they look great and am just sad that it has been too hot to wear them! Desperate for some proper autumn weather.
I'm a mail carrier and absolutely love the fit, cut, and utility, but I would give anything for a gusset. I have to sit
-and-stand all day, and let's just say these are really uncomfortable when sitting due to the center seam. I've tried to loosen everything so I don't get a crazy wedgie, but it's not very successful and then im kind of picking between my inner thighs chafing or a constant wedgie... all in all, these are definitely built to fit women flatteringly and have great utility, but for me there's a major design flaw that's making them almost unwearable.
