How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It can take between 1-8 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Express is dispatched within 3 days.

Generally it is 1-2 days, but during busy periods such as sales or new product launches it may take longer. We appreciate your patience!

We use Australia Post for all orders. Please check the Australia Post website for any local or international delays.

How do I change or cancel an order?

During busy periods we're unable to change any order details. Please double check before checkout.

We are unable to change items once an order has been shipped (including size/style/colour). If you wish to change an order before then, please get in contact with us immediately including your Order Number, Style Purchased & the style you wish to change to.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes to your order, but we will do our best!

How can I track my order?

Domestic Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. You can also track your order via the Australia Post website. This will become active after 6 pm on the day you place your order. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there.

We are aware that some tracking links are being sent to an incorrect tracking website. Please copy and paste your tracking number into Shippit or Australia Post. We apologise for the inconvenience, and we are working on a solution.

International Orders

Once your order has arrived in your destination country, please refer to your national postage service with your Australia Post tracking number (i.e. USPSRoyal MailNZ Post, etc) to monitor the progress of your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the world! All orders come from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. If you are living in another country, your order will be handed over to your local national shipping company, like Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, NZ Post in New Zealand.

International Customs & Import Fees

Customs or other postal issues are outside of our control, your package might take a bit longer.

We're not responsible for any fees incurred from customs or importing. Please check with your local authorities about this.

You will receive a tracking number from us for your purchase where you can check the status of your package on the relevant postal website.

My tracking number isn't working or is sending me to a different/funky website

We are aware that some tracking links are being sent to an incorrect tracking website.
