If you send an email to any of our departments with a query we will endeavour to reply to you within 3 - 5 business days if you have contacted us during business hours between 10am – 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.

If you contact us after hours, on Australian public holidays or on the weekend we will endeavour to reply to you within 5 business days or once business hours have resumed.
