If you send an email to our Customer Service team with a query, please allow up to 3 business days for our team to respond if you have contacted us during business hours between 10am – 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday. If you haven't received a response, please check your Spam/Junk folders as sometimes our emails can slip through!

When emailing our Customer Service team, please include the following information: 

 

1. Your original order number (reference number on your packing slip) and/or return RMA number if it is a returns based enquiry.

 

2. A clear description of your query or issue.

 

3. Any delivery reference numbers (i.e. tracking number)
