It can take between 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Express is dispatched next day.

We use USPS for all orders. Please check the USPS website for any local or international delays.

During busy periods we're unable to change any order details. Please double check before checkout.

We are unable to change items once an order has been shipped (including size/style/colour). If you wish to change an order before then, please get in contact with us immediately including your Order Number, Style Purchased & the style you wish to change to.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes to your order, but we will do our best!

Domestic Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. You can also track your order via the Australia Post website. This will become active after 6 pm on the day you place your order. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there.

We are aware that some tracking links are being sent to an incorrect tracking website. Please copy and paste your tracking number into Shippit or Australia Post. We apologise for the inconvenience, and we are working on a solution.

International Orders

Once your order has arrived in your destination country, please refer to your national postage service with your Australia Post tracking number (i.e. USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post, etc) to monitor the progress of your order.
