Customer Service & Processing Returns:
Our hard-working, email responding, problem solving team is having a much deserved break.

We all know what it’s like when you buy a present and it’s just not quite right.
So, we are extending our returns window. Items purchased from December 1st 2022 can be returned up until January 31 2023!

Christmas Post Dates:
If you're purchasing something for Christmas, please note the following cut-off dates for orders. After these dates, we're unable to guarantee your purchase will arrive before the big day. Please plan ahead. If you miss the date, we do offer gift cards!
