I have received an incorrect or faulty garment, what do I do?
SÜK will happily refund the full cost of any garment deemed faulty or incorrect upon return of the item. A full refund will be processed once the original garment has been returned to us with all tags attached and in original condition. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any faulty items received along with photos. Once notified, we will send you a returns form to print off and fill out with an address to send this back.
As soon as we have received your item back, we will process your refund and you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 14 business days (if sent within Australia) for us to receive your garment, inspect it and process your order. For international returns, the lead time will vary depending on shipping times. We endeavour to get your items refunded within 5 business days of receiving your items.
If a returned item does not comply with our returns police, SÜK reserves the right to reject a claim and not process the refund.
I have ordered the wrong size/colour and would like a replacement, what do I do?
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please fill out the form provided with your order within 20 days of receiving your garment and post back to the below address;

Items must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached and garments unworn. Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Please allow 5 working days from when items are received back to us, to process your exchange. SÜK cannot guarantee stock availability or hold items for customers until the returned item has been received back to our warehouse. In the instance the item you are after is sold out, we will automatically refund the cost of the original garment back to your method of payment.
SÜK will accept items back for refund for change of mind purchases within 20 days of your order being received. Please note, garments must have tags attached and be in an unworn state.
Remember to keep the tracking number supplied to you by your Post Office so that you can keep an eye on your returns!
The benefits outlined to you in the above are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL.)
When will I receive my replacement?
Exchange items will be despatched via Couriers Please or Australia Post within 5 working days of receiving your garment back. Please keep an eye on your inbox for shipping notifications.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as we have received and evaluated the returned product (this can take up to 14 business days from when you send your item back to us, potentially longer for international customers depending on location). For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

If you are local to Carlton, you are welcome to pop in and exchange your item in store! Garments must be unworn with original tags still attached. You can visit us between Tuesday and Saturday, 12pm to 5pm!
